As for the types of fruits and vegetables in which to use in a juicer, these are numerous and have various benefits, yet some are better than others. Turns out the best types of vegetables are the green leafy kind, along with tomatoes, beets, and carrots. Beets will also need to be peeled before juicing due to the fact that these have a bitter peel. Also when using the leafy vegetable kale, remove its stock because this is bitter as well. Another thing to keep in mind is when using high sugar products such as beets and oranges add an equal amount of water to the amount of product used to dilute some of the sugar content. Remember, when juicing you use more product than you would just take a single orange or apple to eat.
